Suite living

in traditional Mexican style

We built these apartments in 2017 with your winter retreat in mind.  They are very spacious with a traditional Mexican style welcoming you into warmer climates.  The beach is a short, flat, 200 meter walk on a concrete path. Take a one block walk and across the pedestrian bridge and you are in cultural Bucerias.   Just about everything is within walking distance.  On Sundays  the local market near the dry river bed is just a couple of blocks to the east.
There are three floors and a roof top patio.  Floor one has a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio apartment.  Floor two has two 1-bedroom apartments.  Floor three has two 1-bedroom apartments.  The rooftop patio has sun, shade, some ocean views, and a second bbq grill.
Outside – The back yard is beautiful with well maintained gardens. Many guests walk through the gates and find it an oasis of relaxation.  Enjoy our pool or hang out at the dry bar and cook your dinner on the gas BBQ grill.

Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico

About 25 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in the Rivera Nayarit, Bucerias is a lovely Mexican beach town enjoyed by Mexican and foreign tourists.  With its great sandy beaches and relaxing surf people of all ages enjoy the beach and the beautiful sunsets across the bay.  During the winter Canadians flock to the city to enjoy its warm cultural atmosphere.  Bucerias boasts a large number of restaurants of all flavors and budgets and clubs providing all types of music and entertainment.  Truly it is a wonderful place to get away from the cold.

Although growing, Bucerias still holds that small town feeling where locals and tourists mingle in the town square with a churro and libation of your choice.

If you want to get out of Bucerias for a day there are many options around.  You can head north up the coast to visit some of the other small beach towns.  You can go inland up into the mountains and visit San Sebastián de Oleste.  You can go into Puerto Vallarta for a dose of big city shopping.

During the winter months we typically see 90% Canadian guests with a few visitors from those cold Norther States.  During the summer Mexicanos from Guadalajara, Zacatecas and Augascalientes often come down for large family reunions.
