Living Tranquil in the new vallarta

Casa Blanca is a triplex located in the Nuevo Vallarta area of the Rivera Nayarit.  The area was created in the 80’s with paved streets, curbs, underground utilities.  It is a mixture of large condominiums along the beautiful beach and luxurious homes along the canals just inland.   We live in the upper story of Casa Blanca.  The first floor has two one bedroom apartments.
Casa Blanca One is on the front side of the building.  It has a nice patio out front and looks out to our gardens.  This apartment is a wonderful size for a couple spending a weekend or a month.  The bedroom has a king size bed.  Maximum occupancy of this apartment is two persons.
Casa Blanca Two is on the back side of the building.  It looks out to the pool and palapa.  It is larger than the other apartment.  In addition to the king size bed in the living room it has additional bedding in the living room; Queen size Murphy bed as well as chairs and sofa that become sleepers.  Maximum occupancy is debatable but we would suggest no more than 5 for a short stay.
Outside – There is a driveway available for off street parking.  We typically park on the street as we feel it is a very safe area.  Driving in to the area you must pass the state police booth as well as a private security booth.  There is a palapa with gas bbq grill adjacent to the pool.  You can walk out the back gate and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach or to the first available restaurants and Oxxo.  Within 10 to 20 minutes walk there are several more restaurants.

 

Nuevo Vallarta is a planned resort on Mexico’s Pacific coast, just north of Puerto Vallarta. It sits on Banderas Bay, and is known for its golf courses, marina and long, sandy Nuevo Vallarta beach. A short distance off the coast, the biodiverse Marieta Islands are home to wildlife, including dolphins, turtles and humpback whales.

 

Nuevo Vallarta is home to Vallarta Adventures who offer a wide variety of experiences in the area.  Vallarta-adventures.com  It is about a 10 minute walk to their compound.

 

You must enjoy our beautiful beach.  It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and then you can walk south over 2000 meters to the jetty where boats come in and out of the marina or you can walk north over 6000 meters to the lovely town of Bucerias (where we have our other property.)  All on a lovely sand beach.

 

It is a 2000 meter walk to Paradise Village.  paradisevillage.com  With coffee shops, a small grocery, and during the winter a weekly farmer’s market among other things.

 

There are many restaurants within a 10 or 15 minute walk from the property.   Nuevo Vallarta Blvd leads toward highway 200 and has 10 or 15 restaurants.  You’ll also find a few gems on paseo de los Cocotereos on your walk towards Paradise Village.
